Hardin Valley Lacrosse is a non-profit organization committed to teaching and growing boys lacrosse in Knoxville. Our players range from "new to lacrosse" to multi-year veterans. We play both fall and spring schedules against teams from across East Tennessee.

Elementary school practices to focus on skill development and lacrosse concepts.
PLEASE NOTE: All Hardin Valley lacrosse players are required to purchase a USA Lacrosse membership ($35 per year) for insurance purposes. You can sign up with USA Lacrosse as part of your online registration.
All players must provide their own sticks and equipment. Please contact us if you need assistance with equipment and see our equipment list at Hardin Valley Lacrosse Info (hardinvalleylax.com). Loaner equipment may be available for new players until they obtain their own equipment.

HVA high school Spring season practices are held on the HVA turf field in the stadium. Spring practice starts the week of Jan. 15, 2024. Practices will be on Mon./Tues./Weds./Thurs. from 6-8 pm, and Sat. from 9-11 am.
Hardin Valley Middle School will begin regular practices the week of Feb. 12 on Mon/Tues/Thurs 5:30-7 p.m. (or dark). Saturday practices will be 9-10:30 a.m. The team will practice on Feb. 6 & 8 from 5-6 pm to prepare for the Knights Cup on Feb. 10. Practices are at Hardin Valley Elementary School.
The 10-and-under and 8-and-under Boys will begin practice the week of Feb. 26. They will practice in front of Hardin Valley Elementary on Mon. and Wed. from 5:30-6:30 p.m. and Sat. from 9-10 a.m.
The Girls 8-and-under team will practice Tues. and Thurs. from 6-7 p.m. at Hardin Valley Elementary starting the week of March 4 . We will move practices up to 5:30-6:30 p.m. prior to daylight savings time on March 10.
Families are expected to notify a coach in advance if their player cannot attend a scheduled practice or game.
